International ADSL down

The Seacom cable is down, resulting in international connectivity problems. We have no ETA on when it will be fixed yet.
Seacom have identified a network fault between Mumbai and Dar-es-salaam. They are unable to provide an ETR (estimated time to repair) at present.

Update @ 19:00. The issue is severe. IS are trying to reroute some traffic, but this will be done on a per-ip-block basis and even then, connectivity will be slow.
