My email doesn't work after transferring my domain to SoftDux

When you transfer your domain to us from another ISP, your email's MX records may still point to their server. This is to ensure that email delivery takes place during the DNS update.

To get your email to work on our servers, you'll need to update your domain's MX Records in your cPanel. Todo so, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your cPanel, with the username & password you have received on signup. 
  2. Click on MX Entry Maintenance, under the "Email Management Tools" category.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and look for the entries in "Current MX Entries". If there's anything other than your own domain, then Delete the entry by clicking on the Delete button.
  4. Now, add your own domain, in the box "Change an MX Entry", in the last box on the right, next to the "Priority". You can leave the priority on 0.
