Not receiving faxes with an iBurst email account

if you have an iBurst email address and you are not receiving your faxes, follow the steps listed below:

Go to the website: http://selfcare.wbs.co.za/ and log in with your main iBurst account.

Click on the down arrow to the left of "Internet mail", then the down arrow next to "iBurst.co.za", then on "Mail accounts"

Click on your email address
Scroll down and click on "Spam Filters"

Scroll down and add the following in the text box "Email addresses marked as non-Spam":
*@faxfx.co.za
*@faxfx.net
*@faxfx.biz

Click on "Update"
Now you can logout and send yourself a test fax, to get the faxes that was not delivered due to the spam filter, follow these steps:
