I am unable to login

  • Your password is case sensitive, make sure you enter it exactly as it is in your welcome email

  • If you have lost your welcome email (lost your user name and password or forgot the login details) send a blank email to lostpassword {at} faxfx {dot} net

    This will change your password and send you a new welcome email with the password details - if your account is still active on the system

    If you did not receive anything within thirty minutes, emails sent from us could also be blocked, so you will have to check in your junk / spam box on your pc or on the email server

  • If you still cannot login, open a ticket and request support here
