If the fax number is not be used for more than 2 months, or have a minimum balance of R100 VAS Credits, then their fax number may be suspended.

Should the user not receive a fax for a further month then the account will be marked for deletion. To un suspend your account just receive one fax.

The user will be sent an Expiry notification, but this will only be sent once.
