Why do I get a "Failed to verify account" notification

The error you received below means that either the username and/or password stored in the Print2Fax driver is incorrect

If you are sending via Email2Fax: Please make sure that you are sending from the email account that you registered for the FaxOut service

If you are sending via Print to Fax: please make sure that the settings are correct

If the username and password are going to be copied from the welcome email, please ensure that no spaces are copied along with it

To access the Print2Fax driver setup menu, please follow these steps:


  1. Open up a Microsoft Word Document

  2. Select FILE in the toolbars menu, and then select PRINT

  3. This brings up the print options screen

  4. Then select the FAXPL@TFORM printer in the printer selection drop down box, and press PRINT

  5. This brings up the recipient information screen

  6. Click on the SETUP button in the bottom left hand corner

  7. Now enter the Fax to email username and password as per the welcome email
    Enter the email address that is registered on the FaxFX system to receive the faxes
    NOTE: These fields are case sensitive

  8. When the details have been entered, click next and then next again

  9. You can now try and send a fax again
